Began in Bend and migrated to Salem, Oregon, MyChai is run by an affable fellow named Bapi. Living the true American Dream, Bapi moved to the United States from India when he was 21 with his mother’s recipe for black tea, called Chai. MyChai has evolved since its inception in 1995 and now provides delicious, naturally flavored syrups, chocolate and of course, Chai!
